All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the date of order placement.


 2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered by a specific cut-off time).


Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.


 2.2 International Shipping

We ship to select international locations. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your country and customs clearance. Typical international delivery times are:

- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days.

- Expedited International Shipping: 4-8 business days.


Geneomx is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services in your country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the size/weight of your order. Any additional shipping charges, including express delivery or international fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain international locations may also have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at the time of checkout or shortly after your order is placed.

For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by your country’s customs agency. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility.

 7. Delivery Issues & Address Changes


It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address.


In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, Geneomx is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment at your expense.
